Can I cancel my order?

Need to cancel your order before it leaves the building? No problemo! Give us a shout and we'll handle the refund with a smile. But if it's already hit the road, there might be a small fee for its U-turn.

Don't sweat it if you haven't paid yet, it will cancel automatically within a few hours – faster than you can say "whoopsie daisy!"

When will I get my order?

Why is my item missing?

If the item has already been delivered and you suspect that a part may be missing, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we recommend logging it by filling the form above. By doing so, we can promptly address the issue and provide a resolution.

Please Note: Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Can I collect my order myself?

Unfortunately not.

We don’t have any collection points at this stage. But if you don’t expect to be home to receive your order, you can have it delivered to your office or try our Pargo click & collect delivery option.

How do I exchange my order that I purchased online?

You can email us at support@sovietdenim.co.za. You have 14 days to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. You are also welcome to return your purchase to one of our stores, where our lovely store team staff will assist you, provided you have proof of purchase or an online invoice.

Can I exchange at a store?

Yes, you are welcome to return in-store provided you take along your receipt or online invoice with you.

You have 60 days to return to a store, but you only have 14 days from date of purchase to return online purchases. The first collection is free for the exchange, but there after we do require payment for the second exchange if applicable.

I don’t know my size, what if I order the incorrect size?

We do offer an exchange policy for incorrectly ordered sizes, but it is always best to check our size guide before you checkout online.

A bank transfer refund could take up to 10 working days to reflect, whilst a refund to your credit card can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your bank.

Payflex/Mobicred refunds are paid directly by the provider and are done in accordance to what you have already paid and what you are refunded.

Credit card refunds will reflect as a reversal under the date you used it to make the purchase you are being refunded for.

Soviet makes use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link.

The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

How do I use my Promotional coupons/Gift Vouchers/ Store credits

You can only redeem one voucher or coupon code per order. When wanting to redeem a voucher or coupon you can either:

- Enter the code in the box provided on the Shopping Cart page.

- Enter the code in the box provided on the Checkout page.

Promotional Coupons

A Soviet promotional coupon can be used on soviet.co.za only and may have limitations. Promotional coupons may be received via newsletter sign ups, , social media promotions and other marketing activities.

Examples of limitations are a minimum spend amount, coupon may not be valid on sale items, a validity and usage period, coupon may only be valid on certain items etc. All promotional coupons will come with terms and conditions. If you are uncertain, please contact our delightful Customer Support team for assistance.

Gift Vouchers

If you are lucky and have been given a gift voucher, you will be able to add this to your order and the amount will be deducted from the total order value. You will be able to use the gift voucher until the total value of the gift voucher has been used.

Store Credits

If you return an item/s and select store credit as your refund method, or an item happens to be out of stock a store credit voucher code will be emailed to you to the value of the paid price of the item/s. This can then be used for future purchases at sovietdenim.co.za . Store credits will be received only once the returned items have been processed by Quality Control. To qualify for a store credit, items must be returned unworn in its original packaging and not damaged.

A store credit can be used on your orders until the total order value has been used.

How do I know it's safe to shop with Soviet?

What are my delivery options?

All Orders with a total cart value under R999 will incur a non-refundable delivery fee depending on the area (local, main and regional).

Express Delivery – This service is not available at the moment.

Standard Delivery – All Standard Deliveries with a minimum cart value over R999 qualify for FREE delivery!

How long does it take for delivery?

Our delivery times are within 4 working days for main city centres and within 5-7 working days for outlying areas. Our speedy drivers will deliver your order during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Soviet wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

You can expect delivery:

Local & Main Centres (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley) within 3-5 working days.

Regional areas within 5-10 working days.

Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

Absolutely, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Our delivery policy states delivery within 4 – 5 working days, and we will move the earth to deliver it as promised.

If you have not received it then contact our fabulous Customer Support team and they will help you to locate your order. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you.

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Support. Remember, you will receive an email from us to tell you that your order is on its way and receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
