You earn points every time you shop, whether online or in-store. The points accumulate based on your total spend and are added to your digital Soviet wallet, where you can track your balance.
Do my points expire?
No, your points never expire, so you can use them whenever you choose. However, sign-up bonuses, birthday rewards, and anniversary gifts are valid for a limited time (60 days for birthdays and 30 days for anniversary gifts).
How do I level up?
You level up based on your spending over a rolling 365-day period. The more you spend, the higher your tier, unlocking more rewards and perks as you progress through Rookie, Trendsetter, and Icon. If you spend less, you may drop a tier, but you’ll still earn points as a Rookie.
Can I use my points immediately after earning them?
Yes, you can start using your points 12 hours after earning them for discounts or rewards.
