How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you shop, whether online or in-store. The points accumulate based on your total spend and are added to your digital Soviet wallet, where you can track your balance.
Do my points expire?
Your points are valid for 2 years from the date they’re earned, so you have plenty of time to use them. However, sign-up bonuses, birthday rewards, and anniversary gifts are only valid for a limited time (60 days for birthdays and 30 days for anniversary gifts).
How do I level up?
You level up based on your spending over a rolling 365-day period. The more you spend, the higher your tier, unlocking more rewards and perks as you progress through Rookie, Trendsetter, and Icon. If you spend less, you may drop a tier, but you’ll still earn points as a Rookie.
Can I use my points immediately after earning them?
Yes, you can start using your points 12 hours after earning them for discounts or rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
Here are the steps to redeem your points:
- Add an item to your cart
- Click the checkout button
- Look for the points popup that appears if you have a points balance
- Specify the amount of points you would like to redeem
- Copy your generated discount code
- Click checkout within the popup (the discount code will be automatically applied for you)
- You will be redirected to a final page for you to complete your details and make payment for your order
