Loyalty Program Notice: Our loyalty program is now live! However, the online portal to view and manage your points is not yet available. Your points are still being tracked and you can view them at any participating Soviet store. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as the portal is online.

Sign-up bonus!

Join our loyalty program and get rewarded. You’ll receive the benefits immediately from the point you sign up, when it’s your birthday, and every time you purchase Soviet products. You’ll also get early and exclusive access to deals and promotions, helping you to stay ahead of the fashion crowd.

You can join in-store or online. We’ll need your full name, contact number, email address, and date of birth. For in-store purchases, you simply need proof of identity so that the staff can load your rewards, and for online purchases, you can log in to your loyalty account by using your email.

With our Soviet loyalty program, you get money back every time you shop with us. This money is stored in your digital Soviet wallet, which you can use every time you make a purchase either in-store or on our website.

The more you shop with us, the more money we give back! The cumulative amount you spend within a 365-day cycle from sign-up date determines into which fashion category you fall: Rookie, Trendsetter, or Icon. The table below shows you how much money you get back from us in each category. This is calculated as a percentage of your spend. So, at Rookie-level, you get 5% of your spend back. Meaning that if you spend R 1000 , you are rewarded R 50 in your wallet. 

The table below also shows you what additional benefits you get by being a loyalty program member.

Your Rewards

There are some things to bear in mind.

Your reward-level is calculated based on the value of purchases within a 365-day cycle, from the day you sign up, or from the day you move onto a higher reward-level, if you move into a higher reward-level within the 365-day cycle.

Your reward-level is reviewed at the end of every 365-day cycle. If you do not meet the required amount of spend for the reward-level that you are currently in, you will be downgraded to the next lower reward level. If you have spent more than the amount of the spend bracket you are currently in, you will be upgraded to the next reward-level. If you have spent the same amount in the 365-day cycle as the bracket you are currently in, then you will remain in that reward-bracket. Even at the lowest level you are still getting rewarded!

 You will earn rewards for every purchase of full-price Soviet product, both instore and online. For online shoppers, you simply need to make sure that you log in, and then you will be able to see your balance as you shop and redeem points at checkout. Rewards are calculated as a percentage rand-value of each Rand spent. So, a 5% reward at Rookie level will be a R50 reward if you spend R 1000.

The rewards that you’ve built up through purchases do not expire!

You can spend your rewards after 12 hours of having earned them. 

The bonus rewards received for specific events to have expiry dates. Your sign-up and birthday reward are valid for 60 days and your sign-up anniversary rewards are valid for 30 days.

Membership 

To participate in the loyalty program and become a member you can register at the till-point of any Soviet Denim store or sign-up online, on the website. Joining is free!

You must be 18 years or older and permanently reside in South Africa. 

If you want to cancel your membership then you can have this done at any till-point in a Soviet Denim store or you can contact Soviet Denim customer service by sending an email to support@sovietdenim.co.za.

Your Loyalty Profile  

To be both more environmentally friendly and practical, members of the loyalty program will not be issued a physical, plastic card, but will be able to check their rewards status by asking what their balance is at the till-point or logging in to their profile on the website.

Participating Countries

The loyalty program is currently offered in all Soviet Denim stores throughout South Africa, and to customers of the Soviet Denim webshop. 

Additional territories may be added or removed from time to time.

Returns and Refunds

When goods are returned you need to inform the cashier or sales assistant that you bought the items with loyalty points, even if partially. You rewards will then automatically be returned to the correct balance. The same applies to the online return, where you need to inform the support staff that you are a loyalty member, so that your balance can be updated.
