Quick Notes

• Collect your order from any Soviet retail store nationwide listed on our Store Listing page.

• Delivery timeframe: 2–10 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery fee: R55.00 flat rate for all Click & Collect orders to a Soviet store.

Our Click & Collect service gives you two ways to receive your order:

1. Collect from Soviet Stores
   Place your order online and choose a Soviet store. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection. 

2. Collect from a Pargo Pick-Up Point
   With Pargo, you can select a convenient pick-up point from their nationwide network.

Click & Collect Process

• Shop online by adding your selected items to the cart.

• At checkout, enter your address to see nearby Soviet stores and Pargo locations.

• Select your preferred collection point from the list provided.

• Complete payment to finalise your order.

• Once payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing your order.

• You’ll receive SMS and email notifications with tracking updates, including when your order is ready for collection at your chosen store.

How Will I Know When to Collect?

• You’ll receive a notification via SMS and email with a unique PIN code once your order is ready.

• Present this PIN to store staff to authorise collection.

• Please bring a valid ID (South African ID or driver’s licence) for verification.

Collecting Your Order

• Orders will be available for pick-up within 2–10 working days from the date payment is received.

• Once notified, visit your selected store and collect your order at the till point.

• Provide your PIN from the notification, your order confirmation email, and valid ID.

• If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need:

  • A copy of the order confirmation

  • Your ID

  • The collection PIN

• Once verified, your order will be handed over for inspection and confirmation.

Possible Delays

• While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Our Customer Services team will notify you of any delay as soon as possible.

• If your order is not delivered within 2–10 business days, you may:

  • Continue with the order, or

  • Cancel it for a full refund in line with our Returns Policy.
    (Public holidays and weekends are excluded from the lead time.)

Cancelling a Click & Collect Order

• You may cancel your order any time before collection.

• Contact support@sovietdenim.co.za and request cancellation.

• Your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Non-Collection

• Orders will be held at your selected store for 7 working days after the “Ready for Pick-Up” notification.

• If not collected, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

• You’ll be offered either:

  • A gift card to the value of your purchase, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.
