Refund policy

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

Returns

Every return must be logged within 14 days (7 days with Clearance items) through sending Soviet an email to support@sovietdenim.co.za. Should the return be deemed valid, the parcel will be collected at no charge given that it is returned in its original packaging. 
A credit or refund (if applicable), will be given within 30 days of receiving the parcel back from the customer.

Exchange

The above returns process is still applicable for exchanges. Should the exchange be deemed valid, the parcel will be collected at no charge given that it is returned in its original packaging. The exchanged product will be delivered within 30 days of receiving the parcel back from the customer. Every exchange must be for a different variation of the same item at the same price. Exchanges may also be logged and done in-store.

Incorrect items delivered/damaged items delivered

The above returns process is still applicable for incorrect/damaged items delivered. Should the claim be deemed valid, the parcel will be collected at no charge given that it is returned in its original packaging. Should the customer wish for an exchange and the claim is deemed as valid, the correct/undamaged product will be delivered within 30 days of receiving the parcel back from the customer. Should the customer wish for a refund/credit and the claim is deemed as valid, this will be given within 30 days of receiving the parcel back from the customer.

A full inspection will be done on the product before any decision is made on the case in point. If damage is from normal wear and tear will render a claim to be unsuccessful 
a result of negligence from the customer in terms of care and unauthorized alteration will render a claim to be unsuccessful.
