Logging a Free Return - YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS...

1) Free In-Store Return - You can exchange or refund your online order at any of our physical Soviet retail stores within 60 days of receipt. Bring along your proof of purchase (your digital order confirmation email will do) and the return items in mint condition, in their original packaging. Read our Returns Policy for more detail.

2) Free Online Return - Request an online return within 14 days of receipt and we'll send a courier to collect your return and deliver your new items once we receive your return in its original packaging and have completed our quality check. You may also opt for a refund. Follow the instructions below and email us using the contact form that follows. Read our Returns Policy for more detail.

• In the contact form below, send us your order number, the item style name, colour and size you are returning and the item style name, colour and size you would like us to send as your exchange after doing the stock availability check - see next bullet.
• Check our online store for stock availability by visiting the product page of the style you are looking to exchange your return for, and then select the colour in the size you need. If it doesn't say SOLD OUT when you select your size in the colour you'd like, we should be good to go. DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ONLINE ORDER, ONLY CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY!
•  If the product you want to exchange your return for is sold out, you can either try exchanging in-store or you can request a refund or you can exchange the return for a different product style that we have stock available of online.
• If you choose an item/s that is more expensive than your original purchase, we will send you our banking details so that you can make an EFT payment.
• An online exchange will take anywhere between 5 to 15 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date of a successful collection. This allows time to collect, receive and QC the return before dispatching your exchange item/s.

ONLINE REFUND

• In the contact form below, send us your order number, the item style name, colour and size you are returning and the reason for your return.
• You will not be refunded for your original shipping fee, but only for the returned item itself.
• You will be refunded via the Payment gateway used to complete your purchase.
• An online return for a refund will take anywhere between 5 to 25 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) in total, from the date of a successful collection. This allows time to collect, receive and QC the return, initiate your refund via the relevant payment gateway which will then process your refund so that it reflects within 2 to 10 working days.
